A New Chapter for Paxel Financial Consulting: Partnering with LPL and Private Advisor Group

September 15, 2026

At Paxel Financial Consulting, we’ve always believed that good financial advice starts with seeing the whole picture.

Your investments are important, but they’re only one part of the story. Your family, your business, your estate, your goals and the decisions you make along the way all play a role in building a successful financial future.

That’s why we’re excited to share an important next step for Paxel: we’ve joined LPL Financial and are leveraging the infrastructure of Private Advisor Group (PAG).

This new partnership gives our team access to expanded technology, resources and solutions while allowing us to maintain what matters most to us: our independence, our personal approach and our commitment to comprehensive financial planning.

Why We Made the Move

As Paxel continues to grow, we wanted to make sure we had the resources and support to grow well—without changing the way we serve our clients.

LPL Financial (Nasdaq: LPLA) was founded on the principle that the firm should work for the advisor, and not the other way around. Today, LPL is a leader in the markets they serve,*supporting nearly 29,000 financial advisors, and approximately 1,100 institution-based investment programs and 570 independent RIA firms nationwide. They are steadfast in their commitment to the advisor-centered model and the belief that Americans deserve access to personalized guidance from a financial advisor. At LPL, independence means that advisors have the freedom they deserve to choose the business model, services, and technology resources that allow them to run their perfect practice. And they have the freedom to manage their client relationships, because they know their clients best. Simply put, LPL takes care of their advisors, so they can take care of their clients.

For us, that combination was a natural fit.

We can continue focusing on what we do best—helping clients navigate complex financial decisions—while having greater resources behind the scenes to support that work.

As Founder Chin Po puts it:

“We believe this move strengthens our ability to deliver comprehensive advice while maintaining the independence that is central to our philosophy and the relationships we've built over the years.”

What This Means for Our Clients

Ultimately, this decision wasn’t about changing who we are. It was about strengthening what we can offer.

Our clients can expect the same personalized, relationship-driven approach they’ve come to know from Paxel, now supported by the resources and capabilities of LPL and PAG.

More technology and resources

LPL provides access to expanded technology and tools that can help us work more efficiently and deliver a better overall client experience.

Greater flexibility

Independence is important to us because it allows us to focus on what’s right for each client. Our relationship with LPL gives us access to a broad range of investment and business solutions while preserving that flexibility.

A more comprehensive approach

Paxel has always taken an integrated approach to financial planning, bringing together the areas of financial planning, estate planning and life planning. Our new partnership gives us additional resources to continue building on that approach.

Support for continued growth

As our team and client relationships grow, having the right infrastructure behind us becomes increasingly important. PAG and LPL provide resources that allow us to continue investing in our business and, ultimately, in the experience we provide our clients.

Independence Still Matters

One of the most important things to understand about this transition is what isn't changing.

Paxel remains focused on providing actionable and personalized guidance based on each client's individual circumstances and goals.

We believe financial planning works best when it starts with a conversation—not a product.

That philosophy has guided Paxel for decades, and it remains at the heart of everything we do.

Our team—including Chin Po, Young Po, Harry Lee, CPA, Jim Xu, CPA, and Gary Jiang, CPA—will continue working together across disciplines to help clients make informed decisions and pursue their long-term goals.

Looking Ahead

For Paxel, this partnership represents an exciting next chapter.

We’re bringing together the best of both worlds: the personal relationships and independence of Paxel with the technology, resources and infrastructure of LPL and Private Advisor Group.

And while the organizations supporting us may be expanding, our focus remains the same.

Helping our clients make confident financial decisions today while building a stronger financial future for tomorrow.

We’re grateful to the clients, families and partners who have trusted Paxel along the way—and we’re excited about what’s ahead.
